References to “partner” in this Privacy Policy include teachers, learning centers, school administrators or coordinators and similar roles within a school district.

Personal Information We Collect

• Account information. To create an account as a partner, you may be asked to provide some basic information such as your first and last name, email address, telephone number, qualifications, experience, password, and an optional profile photo.
• Class information. As a learning center or district administrator, you may enter the grade level, the names (or nicknames/ aliases) of the students in your class, or the qualifications and experience of the teachers working under your supervision.
• Contact details, such as your first and last name, business email and mailing addresses, phone number, address, and professional title, which you may provide when you request information about our Services, register for a demo or for special events, participate in surveys and contests, or otherwise engage with us.
• Payment information needed to complete your transactions with us, including name, payment card information, and billing information. This information is processed by third-party payment processors, which may handle your payment information in accordance with their own privacy policy. We do not have access to your full payment card information.
• Communications that we exchange with you, including when you contact us with questions, feedback, or otherwise.
• Usage information, such as information about how you use the Services and interact with us, including information associated with any content you upload to the Services or otherwise submit to us, and information you provide when you use any interactive features of the Services.
• Marketing data such as your preferences for receiving our marketing communications and details about your engagement with them.
